Privacy policy

Remy is a private assistant used only by its owner. This page explains what it does with the Google data it is allowed to see.
What Remy accesses
- Gmail (read, and compose drafts): to find and summarise emails the owner asks about, and to draft or send replies only when the owner asks.
- Google Calendar: to read and change the owner's events when the owner asks.
What is stored, and where
- Remy runs on a private server controlled by its owner. It stores the owner's memories, tasks, reminders and workflow history there.
- Google access tokens are stored encrypted. Email bodies are not stored.
- To answer a request, the relevant text may be sent to the AI model provider (OpenAI) that powers the conversation. Nothing else is sent to any third party.
What Remy never does
- It does not sell, share or rent anyone's data.
- It does not use Google data for advertising, or to train AI models.
- It has no other users, no analytics and no tracking.
Remy's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
